Practicing for the Baby

I am currently in California for work, so to pass the time J put together the baby's high chair. He sent me this picture to let me know that he was testing out the chair with one of our other "babies" Mia. After a full day of meetings, this picture made my day!

30 Week Pictures

Three weeks ago, J and I had a "maternity photo shoot." You can see all of the pictures by going to www.westvita.com (our password is kuper). It was a lot of fun. We took the pictures on Main St. here in Boerne. My belly has grown even more since these were taken.

I had a doctors appointment this week and the doctor said, "My, you have a very active little boy in there!" I feel the baby moving constantly, but thought that was fairly normal. According to the doc, although a good sign for the baby's health, being so active is not the norm. We'll see if that means he will be an active child ... maybe he'll take after his uncle Collins!

Roommate Weekend, Minus One

This past weekend, two out of the three of my college roommates came in town with their husbands. We were missing sweet Mackenzie, but she was in our thoughts! From left to right are Kelli and her husband Garrett, me and J, and Johanna and her husband George. Kelli and Jo came all the way from California to hang out, see our new home and be amazed by my huge baby belly! We had a lot of fun, visited nearby Fredericksburg and played some intense games of Cranium. Spending time with two of my best friends brought such joy but also made me miss getting to see them more often.
